Laura and Anne will share the patient and service user vision for embedding a partnership approach to health and social care across our health system. Drawing on their experience as co-chairs of the HSE National Patient and Service User Forum (NPF), they will highlight the key challenges and opportunities for partnership in relation to individual care, as well as service design and delivery; policy development and implementation; and organisational change and governance.

The visuAAL project explores the use of video-based Active Assisted Living (AAL) technologies to deliver effective and supportive care to older adults managing their health and wellbeing.
