Beach Bootcamp is an ultimate outdoor workout designed to transform your body through a combination of high energy cardiovascular drills and strength training exercises. It is a rewarding class that will challenge and motivate participants of all fitness levels.

20 Sit ups
20 KB swings
20 Push ups

Goal try to get 6+ rounds
Great score 7+ rounds

My score : 7 Rounds + 20 Cals Row + 18 Sit ups

✔️KB weight: Men 32-20kg Women 20-12kg

✔️Can sub row/ski for 200m run, 16/12 cals airbike, 100 jumping jacks, 100 mountain climbers.

✔️Can use DB for swings.

Can scale to modified push ups if you can't do regular.
