Protein bars are not “bad” 👀

Cooking changes water content, which changes weight… but not the actual calories of the food.
The important thing is not whether you track raw or cooked. The important thing is staying CONSISTENT with the method you choose 📊

Progressive overload is not about throwing more weight on the bar every week 😅
Real progression is controlled. Your muscles, joints, and connective tissues all adapt at different speeds.
Sometimes progression means more reps, better ex*****on, better control… not just heavier weight 💭

Fasted cardio is not a magic fat loss hack.
What actually changes your body is consistency, good nutrition, strength training and showing up even on the days you don’t feel like it.
If you enjoy training fasted, use it strategically:

🧠 low stress on the body
