just ordered meself a power rack and bench from Gorilla Gym Equipment better clear the shed out and raise the roof literally.

I see lots of so called fitness experts commenting on peoples form lately and all they do is focus on the negatives and then lick each others arses talking about how great they are themselves,teach them the correct way u fools and try lifting something heavier than them with perfect form u trolls

Consistentcy,strength takes time,very few people walk around with the ability to bench 140kg or squat 200kg without any training.But if ur willing to put in the time and i don,t mean some 60 day px90 or nettlebell challenge crap but 3,5 maybe even 10 years of solid and consistent training u will be strong at the end.Maybe not as strong as u want but alot stronger than most people sitting on their arses watching crap on the box moaning they cant lose weight while stuffing a bag of doritos in their gob.Consistentcy=Results
mountain dog leg session 2day we started with squats 9 sets then glute ham raises 3sets 12,single leg split squat 3sets then finished off with leg press 2 mins amrap lets see who,s walking funny 2morro
Was in the gym last night surrounded by headcases who walk around the place with attitude shooting out of their arse,s,first of all these 2 italian fools wearing from what i could see looked like hot pants proceeded 2 strip a whole rack of db,s and then spotted each other pressing the 8kg if that wasnt bad enough they left all the db,s on the floor the lazy fooks,If i,m ever lucky enough 2 have my on gym arseholes like that will be most unwelcome
