The very best of luck to all of the junior cert and leaving cert students sitting exams today and over the month of June. They are a moment in time, they don’t define who you are. There is always a back door or a side door into whatever course or work you would like to do. You always have a choice/choices.
To the m**s and dads/guardians of those sitting exams, just breathe and let go of the outcome. You can’t sit it for them.
Don’t ever forget about yourself, your own needs and wants.
It is ok to put yourself on the list and look after yourself first.

Star Wars is full of energy, dark and light, good and bad.
That’s the same as us. We are energy vibrating at different frequencies throughout the day, happy ,sad, up down, angry, joyous, stressed, anxious.
We can decide what way we want to feel and how long we want to endure the lower vibrational feelings and emotions.
We always have the power within us to change up or down our energy.
Here are some powerful tools for you to change your day and switch it up a notch or to just do and see what happens 😘

If you’re feeling low, sad or down, go outside and take a walk.

Stand in your power. Stand and walk tall. Lift your eyes/face from looking down and look up/straight ahead. This is shifting your perspective. Look up kiddo! 😉

Let those things land and settle with you. Knowing how how that feels, you might even notice a good sensation flowing throughout your mind and body.

📝List out loud the things you have and are grateful for.
🧘♀️Take another deep breath, hold it for a few seconds and breathe out slowly.
😌Notice your shoulders automatically drop as you are releasing some stress and tension from your mind and body.
Know that life throws many curveballs, and for some it can be more regular than others.
Know that there are always others less fortunate than you and you have more than most.
🔄🌼☀️🍁❄️Know that life is cyclical. What starts always comes to an end. Nothing lasts forever, even what can be a run of bad luck or a ton of stress on you all at once will end.
