We are a loosely assembled group of Filipino - Irish road cyclist and mountain bikers who meet up at least once/twice a week for a ride/spin. Any day of the week . There will usually be at least a couple of riders unless the weather is bad. You can organised your own rides any time, any day of the week as long as there are a couple of you joining the ride. Any distance or track will do as long as
