💪🏻 The pelvic floor is a group of muscles and connective tissue which sits inside the pelvis.

🗣 It is essential that we understand the functions and how to strengthen our pelvic floor, especially throughout pregnancy!

🤰The pelvic floor is part of a deep stabilizing system of the abdomen and pelvis, it also has a role in excretion, providing support for internal organs and helps to support the weight of the growing baby.

🧘 Prenatal Pilates teaches you to better understand and train the pelvic floor to help this muscle group function optimally and help make your postnatal recovery easier and healthier.
This muscle group can be trained in a variety of exercises while we focus on breathing and our deep abdominal connection!

Thinking about staying more active throughout pregnancy?

Andreea is an experienced Clinical Pilates Instructor who runs Pre and Post Natal Pilates Classes designed to help strengthen your buttock, core and pelvic floor muscles and keep your body healthy during pregnancy!

Classes are run every Saturday Morning starting March 1st at:

10am - 11am Pre-Natal Pilates Class
11am - 12am Post-Natal Pilates Class

6 Week Term - Cost 80euro

Besides from staying more active during pregnancy, Pilates is fantastic to prevent lower back pain.

Classes are 80euro for a 6 week term, starting on the 27th at:

10am - 11am Pre-Natal Class
11am - 12pm Post-Natal Class
