Important notice. Please share so people know...
Barbara McShane has been trying to close down Muscle Factory since the time we opened. She makes highly vexatious and inappropriate complaints to Fingal County Council Planning Enforcement Department. I attached some of documentation ( complaints ) obtained under Freedom of Information Act, so you can read what kind of complaints she makes.

I have legal proceedings against Westwood and Karen Polley and GSOC complaint against Gardai who came to my gym last year and robbed me from electronic equipment and company files in order to destroy the business. Karen Polley ( general manager for WestWood )made complaint about me to Garda in Shankill and they came all the way down to Baldoyle to destroy me. It did not go so well for them anyway and you can read it on this page... Barbara McShane have done some jobs for Westwood. Proof of this: http://kbad.ie/about.php click on commercial and you will see yourself. Of course it is a coincidence that she makes complaints...
I meet Barbara on the 9th of April 2015 accompanied by a witness. I kindly told her to stop making those invalid and rude complaints. She behaved like a child and ran off but she was pretty opened / shocked and admitted whom behalf she was making complaints on. Yes, you can connect dots yourself. She was shocked when I told her the truth that I found out her name of her "employers", as somebody has a very long tongue and is emotionally unstable. I have witnesses and recordings of that meeting when Barbara gave name and admitted who was behind her. Some time later I received an email from her email address telling me that she wants nothing to do with me and we should not contact no more. I attached letter here too. I am sorry that people who hired you to make complaints to Fingal County Council are the same people/person who gave up your name, yet again you work for them...
After the meeting I have posted similar post what I am posting here now. Some time later some Garda rang me from Clontarf rang me , tried to intimidate me to take post down or he closed me down. Barbara McShane must have cried to some influential friends to get "corrupted" officer to ring me and threatened me to take it down or else. He called my post a hate post ( telling the truth not is a hate post - he acted like a Judge in a civil case, already knows what is and what is not a hate post). Unfortunately this is a civil case and if any Garda makes contact with me in regards to this post I will make another complaint to GSOC as this is not a criminal case. Also any phone calls to me will be recorded and used in legal proceedings against those corrupted Gardai who dare to intervene into a civil matter. No private numbers will be answered. If you like to knock on my business door or where I live then feel free, CCTV everywhere. Try me if you like I am happy to oblige. I took old post down after few days as I thought that Barbara learnt her lesson. However, recently , she made contact with Fingal County Council making yet another vexatious complaint, so I was wrong about teaching her a lesson and I was wrong for being nice to a person who wants to destroy me.
Now , from a legal point of view:
1. Barbara's picture has been re-SHARED not created, shared from her own website with all details, which is not illegal to any law as it has been already existing on the internet.
2. All information here is true and obtained under the law of Freedom of Information.
3. This is a civil matter to Gardai stay away unless you like to deal with GSOC etc..
4. I will be starting legal proceedings against Barbara and making complaints to any architectural bodies about her "work". I hope that Barbara's client whom ordered her to make those complaints will pay her legal expenses too.
Now, I would like to strongly recommend Barbara McShane as a "job done person" if you are a chicken and do not want to do dirty job of ratting on other people. In this matter she is doing an excellent job so I highly recommend her for this type of work. It only shows you what kind of people are behind her who make those orders.
Everyone is smart and strong behind the computer screen, but when it came to meeting Madam McShane she was white like a wall, acted like a child and refused to help me with my planning issues, to quote her: "it would be a conflict of interest". No way, really?!
Barbara calls own complaints as "observations" - I let you decide for yourself how you want to call them after you read those complaints. . She should not have contacted Planners in Fingal County Council to try and prevent me getting permission. It was highly vexatious and inappropriate conduct carried out on behalf of a client. And its still ongoing.

“Shall I call out to Fingal City Council and inspect…” – what authority do you have to write this? Do not let your ego drive you to become a bad person.
“I have made numerous calls and left various voice messages…”
