So many remarkable things about Sinead’s stats on Whoop but at a glance Whoop strain is the easiest metric to understand, it is a 0 -21 score measuring the daily cardio and muscular stress placed on your body based on heart rate and activity rather than steps, it scales non linearly, making higher scores exceptionally harder to reach.
