The last few weeks I’ve been so lucky to take some really great classes online with some amazing teachers. It’s really inspired me and also reminded me how much my body and I have missed my regular Pilates practice since I’ve gone back to working in pharmacy full time. Finally rescued some of my favourite props out of the attic. I cannot wait to get a reformer but for now I’ll have some fun playing with this lot 🤗

On an absolute high after the last week.
