After a fantastic first programme, RowFit 2K is returning for another six weeks. If you missed out last time, now is your chance to get involved.

Starting on 11th March at Collinstown Sports Complex, RowFit 2K will help you build fitness, strength, and confidence through a mix of indoor rowing and boxing workouts. This programme is designed for beginners, making it a great way to try something new and stay active in a supportive group setting.

Adult Fitness class is a circuit strength class using weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, slamballs & bands. It also incorporates core work and is suitable for all fitness levels๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ.
