In Wing Chun we have three empty‑hand forms and two weapon forms, and each of them teaches us to change and adapt constantly according to the situation.
If we think about the knife form, what do we do?
We cut, right?
So why not use the same concept when striking the opponent’s arms as if we were cutting them?
The “cut” is not a gesture , it’s a directional intention.

In Wing Chun, it’s not enough to understand the technique: it must be assimilated, internalized, until every movement becomes reactive, natural, and instinctive.
Only then does Wing Chun stop being theory and become part of you.
