Free Tai Chi Classes in North Belfast throughout June starting Monday 6th at 11.30am!
Tai Chi is a gentle exercise for body, mind, and soul and can be done seated or standing - it is suitable for people of all ages and abilities including complete beginners. These classes are part of the βFun in the Sunβ community street dance and exercise programme organised by Ashton Health and Wellbeing.
