Wow , bad week and still another 5.5 cm down! That's 16.5 cm in 2 weeks
I was very quiet this week as super busy but am amazed at my results this week as I really wasn't that dedicated or organised! I ate relatively well all week(except the weekend! 😱) but missed some shakes and capsules, and had very little time to get my exercise in. I'm impressed and the system has definitely helped with my bad habit of xl portions, am fuller much quicker!

So I closed my detox week on Zen with a bit of a cheat half day for Easter, still impressed with the results this morning, Starting weight 10st 1 week ago, This mornings weigh in 9st 10lb so down 4lbs and overall measurements down 11cm!!!!!
This week starts the ignite phase(3weeks), Regular exercise starts back in this phase and I will reintroduce some carbs( sweet potato, oatmeal, brown rice etc), whole eggs & red meat. Still continuing with the main aim of eating balanced, appropriate portioned meals with Protein, Healthy Fats & Carbs every 3 hours.
I will certainly be looking forward to my before and after pictures if the first week has been anything to go by!!!

Ok I think I may have a serious addiction! Who else has tried these and what do you think? (3 egg whites, 1/2 banana, tbsp natural peanut butter)
