Hi Everyone, hope you are all well. If you have been missing us as much as we have been missing you.....both Suki and Aoife are now teaching in Yoga Dublin, Ranelagh. Aoife on Tuesday evening at 8.30pm and Suki on Thursdays 6pm to 7pm and 7pm to 8.10pm. We really hope to see you soon xx

We are delighted to introduce Kate who will be taking over our Saturday morning classes at Citywest, meet her on the mat this Saturday Oct 14th at 10am :)
Kate discovered yoga almost 10 years ago starting with the Ashtanga practice. She fell in love with the strong but meditative physical aspect and also the sense of balance and peace it gave. After years of regular practice she knew she wanted to further her yoga knowledge with a Teacher Training in the hopes of passing on to others some of the sense of calm, strength and belief in oneself that comes with a yoga practice. She completed her training with Sibylle Dallmann and Naomi Sturdy in Yoga Dublin and hasn’t looked back since. With a love for the outdoors and an active lifestyle she believes the body is capable of many wonderful things and offers an invigorating Vinyasa style class with fluid movement developing focus, mobility and strength. When not on the mat she enjoys nothing more than hikes in the hills and sunrises by the sea.
Exciting new class starting next Wednesday 11th October, 7.45 to 9.00pm. Yoga for Runners.
Runners/walkers and athletes alike can use their yoga practice to build strength and stamina. This class is designed to strengthen and release the muscles, combined with breath work, your fitness regime will benefit greatly.

Come join us for this years at Wicklow. The weekend starts on Friday evening with a gentle yoga practice and sound bath relaxation. We are so lucky to have Miro, a certified sound therapist to guide us through this relaxation using Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, drums and percussive instruments.
