Our brand new Yoga class starts tonight at Strong Body Health & Fitness
🧘 Tuesday evenings for 4 weeks

This 4-week block is designed for real people with busy lives, tight muscles, stressful weeks and bodies that need a bit more movement, recovery and care.
Whether you train regularly, feel stiff all the time, or simply want an hour to switch off and reset… this class is for you.
No experience needed.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early and bring a mat if you have one (we’ll have a few spares available too).

Our Q1 2026 members of the month: Damon Whybrow Jenny Gillick
Damon: is here most days. He shows up, he puts in the work, he has a laugh and he's made some insane progress in the 2 years he's been with us! Strength, fitness, body composition. Check all the boxes
Shauna: is in her 2nd month as a member and came in swinging. Consistent, coachable and always with a smile on her face! All the ingredients for the great progress she's made so far!
Jenny: is one of those rock stars you wish you had on your team the whole time!! Last minute she jumped in and took part in Battle Cancer with us ON A WHIM while in the depths of family life and college work. She gets sh*t done and always gives herself the permission to prioritize her health and fitness

Meet - our member of the month for November! She's been smashing it since returning to the gym, hitting big lifts she didn't think she could do, overcoming some lower back fears and even signing up for Battle Cancer in March on one of our eight teams!
