ONLINE COACHING

My client is now 6 weeks into her online coaching programme and her progress so far is unbelievable,

She is on my home workout programme which includes 1 video call session per week..we have actually raised her calories and she now eating more calories for me than she ever has which makes me a happy trainer..under eating and over training was keeping her from achieving her goals..together we slowly got her food on track , her training was always given 100% so all we had to do was set some structure to her daily schedule and make sure she got her steps in daily and got her exercises in throughout the week.

6 weeks in and we are now on the right track to her goals..cant wait to see this woman back in the gym but for now let's keep progressing from home ☺☺

Todays home Leg workout (not the best camera work from )

Set 1(warm up) lateral leg raise (banded) if you dont have 1 then do them lying on your side 15 reps each leg x 3 sets.

Set 2. Front squats 15 reps x 4 sets (no weight then grab a school bag load it up and strap it to your front )

Set 3. lying leg curls 15 reps x 4 sets (no weight use a big bottle of water )

Set 4. Bulgarian split squats 12 reps each leg x 4 sets (no weight use the school bag on your back )

Set 5. Step ups 10 reps each leg x 3 sets (use the school bag on your back again)

Set 6. rdls 15 reps x 4 sets (grab the handles of your school bag )

Set 7 . calf raises as many as possible (bag on your back again)

Set 8. Sumo squats 15 reps x 4 sets (hold a bottle of water and squeeze them glutes at the top .

Simple but very effective

This means together we will go over everything and discuss what exactly you want as an end result. Then we will build a programme which will include what we do in the gym together e.g

(what weight training we do on pt days that suit your goals)

Then what I will want you doing outside personal training e.g (cardio sessions etc )

Then last but not least your nutrition you will need to stick to (e.g calories food plans etc)

Every client has a different goal so that means every client needs a set programme in place..

Personal Training may cost more but what you get are these sort of results.

Consistency from the client along with good programming from your trainer will get you on the right track.. I am looking at taken on 3 clients starting in march.
