Delighted to have qualified as a Gym Instructor with Big thanks to for being my client and being put through her paces on camera, twice! 🫣 And to the best group of ladies for giving up their Friday night, getting kids minded, to come be filmed for a group class. Couldn’t have done it without all the support and encouragement. And of course for setting me on this road and being in the trenches with me 💪🏻 next stop….Personal Trainer!

Took part in the St Brigid’s Day Cold Swim fundraiser for .aid where every 5 minutes a woman contacts them for help!
