A lovely Restorative Yoga Session taking place Sunday 26th August 7.30pm at YogaBase. Places are available, but limited.

Restorative Yoga is a non-invasive, calming, balancing practice suitable for all levels and body types, from those healing from injury or illness to those seeking some nurturing space to de-stress and deeply relax while developing a connection to the mind and body. International Yoga Day takes place on 21st June. Activities to mark this very significant and globally recognised day, start today.
As a volunteer with the Isha Foundation, our mission is to bring Yoga to every single human being on the planet, so that everyone can experience their true nature, wellbeing and live in peace and harmony with our planet and one another!
This morning the Indian Ambassador will open International Yoga Day at Dartmouth Square, D6 – I hope you can join in - and if not for this event, for any of the numerous free yoga events taking place all over the city, over the next week.
