This 2 part masterclass series via zoom is ideal for anyone beginning their fitness journey or even returning to fitness after a break away
It can be very overwhelming not knowing where to start, what format to use, what exercises to do, am I doing them correctly and what exactly are these exercises for
In this series I break it all down for you, we complete each session together as I talk you through what we need to incorporate in a well rounded fitness programme and the modifications we can put in place when faced with joint pain or limitations
Both sessions are recorded for anyone that can't make the live masterclasses and each participant receives both recordings to practice on their own

This was such a popular class pre Covid and it’s defo time to give it another whirl as I know how effective and enjoyable it is ☺️
Perfect for anyone who wants to work on balance , core strength and flexibility with no floor exercise and always finishing with a couple of moments breath work and relaxation 👌

This is an incredible opportunity to learn some key functional fitness exercises to help us stay agile and protect our muscle mass , balance , core strength and flexibility as we age ‼️
Let’s face it girls , there’s not much we can do about the years ticking by but I’m damn sure that I want to hold onto the strength , bone density and flexibility that I have right now 🙌🏼

You will need to bring a mat for floor work as getting ourselves up and down off the floor will be a very important part of this style of class and indeed life 💪🏼

Another week of classes come to an end and a massive thank you going out to everyone who worked out with me this week , to those of you who like and share my posts or engage in any kind of interaction on my social media accounts, I genuinely appreciate it 🫶🏼
Fitness and nutrition are my passion and my work , but it’s just not enough when it comes to running a small business , we now need to be media marketing pros , photographers , trend spotters and a whole lot of other things too 😆
So yes I totally appreciate every like or interaction I get on a post or reel that probably took 2 hours to record , edit and upload , its essential for the infamous “ algorithm “ and helps a small business like mine to survive and hopefully even grow 🫶🏼

Ready to take a simple soup to a whole new level ??
My tip is to roast the veggies 👌
This adds a new dept to the flavour of what could be a pretty bland soup tbh 🤷🏼♀️
I had this warning soup made in a jiffy over the weekend and it hit the spot for lunch on Saturday and coming in after rugby yesterday 😍
For this recipe i used
* 4 courgettes
* 2 yellow onions
* 4 baby roosters
* bulb of garlic
* dried oregano and rosemary
* salt , pepper , 1.5 litres water & 2 stock cubes
Wash & chop veggies , toss in olive oil , season , add dried herbs and toast for 30-40 mins till golden and caramelised
Add veggies to hot stock , squeeze garlic cloves from their skins and add ,
bring to a simmer and use a stick blender to blitz .
Add more water if necessary or milk for a creamy consistency ,
You can also add chilli flakes /pesto or grated parmesan to serve . 👌
