The core muscles are essential for good balance and stability in the body. Having a strong core improves posture and reduces chances of injuries such as lower back pain. Exercises such as sit ups, the plank and using a balance ball or stability board will strengthen core muscles.

Deadlifts, squats and lunges creates stronger muscles and strengthens the bones... also the osteoporotic bones. πͺ
Start with very low weights and gradually increase the weights of course π

Shocking to see how many adults turned their heads on this child when he was clearly been bullied. I often think if it was their child would they turn their heads. Bullying is so hurtful and adults need to teach their children to be kind to others . Im so glad he has come out the other end stay strong.
