The core muscles are essential for good balance and stability in the body. Having a strong core improves posture and reduces chances of injuries such as lower back pain. Exercises such as sit ups, the plank and using a balance ball or stability board will strengthen core muscles.

Let's get our elderly patients more active! 😊
Deadlifts, squats and lunges creates stronger muscles and strengthens the bones... also the osteoporotic bones. πŸ’ͺ
Start with very low weights and gradually increase the weights of course 😊

Shocking to see how many adults turned their heads on this child when he was clearly been bullied. I often think if it was their child would they turn their heads. Bullying is so hurtful and adults need to teach their children to be kind to others . Im so glad he has come out the other end stay strong.
