Something I’m pondering right now.
A private group designed only for people who need to lose over 2/3 stone.
I know this sounds discriminative but it would only be made this exclusive to ensure the members feel comfortable with other members having the same goal.
2 days per week of simple bodyweight exercises and education on moving patterns plus their importance.
For example the squat is not just an exercise for weight loss or muscle gain it will help you stand up from your chair in later life.
Education on food.
- Calorie tracking.
- Creating a positive relationship with food.
- Understanding of calorie balance between
food and exercise.
- How to replace non filling foods with more
filling options.
- Nutrition plans to suit your lifestyle.
- Creating sustainable lifestyle changes
- How to enjoy cake at your kids birthday and
not feel guilty
Setting weight loss targets that are achievable and sustainable long term so you keep it off.
I’d much rather see people lose 2lbs per week and change their life rather than lose 10lbs one week, quit the next week and put it back on.
It’s something I will probably do a live video on and discuss with people but I feel it’s a gap that needs to be bridged.
I know it looks weird but it’s simple and effective.
