A Practice of Returning ✨
As summer invites us outward into busyness, plans, movement and connection, yin offers something equally valuable, a space to pause, soften, listen and return to ourselves.
This June, I’m inviting you to join me for a 4 Week Summer Yin Journey.
Each Wednesday evening we’ll explore yin postures, breathwork, stillness and deep rest, supporting the body, calming the nervous system, and creating space to notice what lies beneath the noise of everyday life.
What I love most about yin is that it asks very little of us, yet offers so much in return.
This hour is for you.
An hour to pause.
An hour to listen.
An hour to reconnect with yourself.
In Chinese Medicine, summer is associated with the Fire Element and the Heart. 💛
This season invites us to cultivate qualities of joy, connection, openness and vitality, while also creating space for balance and emotional harmony.
One of our classes will also include myofascial release balls, a gentle yet powerful practice that can be a complete game changer for releasing tension and inviting greater freedom into the body.
