Welcome Belinda! Belinda Pilates Instructor & Personal trainer Belinda is a qualified personal trainer, mat pilates and reformer pilates instructor. ​ With 15 years experience in teaching she has trained and taught in Ireland and Australia.​ Clients benefit from Belinda's background in ballet through the graceful flows she creates and loves to challenge her clients through their practice. It is a privilege to have her impart her knowledge of the anatomy and fitness with us in the studio. ​ She will be teaching mat pilates at Lion's Breath on Tuesday mornings at 10am, book online to hold your spot!

Swipe to second photo, this was me obviously today but showing you where I started before I started my pilates practice and when I only lifted weights and did cardio. Swipe back to first photo was again obviously today but now I practice all three methods of training, (see my hands). Before pilates I was so stiff because I stopped practicing ballet so from the age of 18 I had no form of stretching in my training. And as Joseph pilates quoted if your spine is inflexibly stiff at 30 you’re old, if your spine is completely flexible at 60 you’re young.

Dreaming of this stretch this Friday afternoon. Not only does it challenge my strength, it actually feels good on the back of the legs and my back.
