Walnut and Banana Bread
Here’s a great little bread that’s easy to prepare and bake. That’s wheat free very low in sugar and a good source of protein, fat and carbs. Have for breakfast or a snack.

Return to Dalkey
Well its back to Dalkey for the Fitness Clinic. Unfortunately we have to move out of our present facility in Dun Laoghaire. This is due to a combination of problems. Competitor complaints, extortionate rates and archaic planning laws. Anyway these are the challenges in life that we deal with and com...

The Calvary Charge
A Happy and Healthy 2014 to you and your family. Over the last week I have tons of mail from “Gurus” offering all sorts of advice to make me the skinniest, fittest and healthiest body on the planet in record time. Most of it was complete crap and totally unachievable. However amongst it all were a f...

Hi Folks,
its Xmas and it would seem its time to move premises again.
I have been in tough negations with landlords, council and neighbours over recent months to try and keep our great facility in Dun Laoghaire alive.
Unfortunately it’s not to be so we are on the move again and have to vacate by mid January at the latest.
So I am asking your help in trying to find a new location.
Ideally it would be as close to Dun Laoghaire as possible. A minimum of 600 sq ft.
(Our current gym is 1400sq ft) Ground floor or have a concrete floor if above other premises.
As square in shape as possible and have access to parking.
I am obviously intensively looking and have my name down with numerous agents and am also considering alternative arrangements.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I sincerely apologise in advance for any difficulties it may cause to your training.
Yours in health and fitness,
Tony

Avoid Festive Ballooning
As promised I’m back with your Festive food survival plan. As with alcohol there is no point is telling you not to eat crap over Christmas as it will be lining the pavements waiting for you. The average adult will eat and drink over 3,000 calories on Christmas day alone. In order to burn this off yo...

Quinoa with Broccoli and Cheddar
Quinoa is one true super food. It’s one of the only complex carbohydrate with a complete source of protein. As it’s a complex carb it releases energy into the bloodstream slowly so is great for weight loss. It is also a good anti- inflammatory, full of fibre, lowers cholesterol and is an anti- oxida...

To Hell & Back.
The power of the human mind and body never ceases to amaze me!!! Last Sunday saw 3,500 bodies set off on a 14K assault course over the Little Sugarloaf in Bray. This course is designed by military personal to challenge the hardest of athletes. Complete iced water submersion, 10ft walls, log sprints,...
