Fear not try my guilt blasting home workout, you don't even have to leave the room!! :D

This High Intensity Tabata Full Body Workout only lasts 20 mins and builds muscle and burns fat. Each set is alternating 20 seconds high intensity cardio exercise and 10 seconds rest followed by 20 seconds high intensity strength movements and another 10 seconds rest! Enjoy and let me know how you get on!!

20 Easter Egg Burner Workout!

Round 1 x 4 times:
Heels to bum 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
Body Squat 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds

Rounds 2 x 4 times
High Knees 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
Push Ups 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds

Rounds 3 x 4 times
Burpees 20 seconds
Rest 10 seconds
Lunges 20 seconds
