Did you know... There is no definite explanation for the origin of the name "Forty Foot". Some say it's the depth of the water, others that it may have been called the Forty Foot after the 42nd Highland Regiment of Foot, who were stationed there. What do you think?

Was very busy today down at the Forty Foot. Great crowd and lots of interesting jumps! I think this one may have hurt on impact.
