Core Control Pilates

This Tuesday I am hosting free Pilates classes at 9:40am & 7pm in aid of Focus Ireland. The weather forecast is looking good 🌤️🌤️🌤️ so we may get to explore our movement, breath & relaxation outdoors.

This coffee is gorgeous! After closing the doors of Soup Dragon in Capel street, my friend Niamh has opened a local coffee spot in St Peter GAA club. It’s called The Dragons Daughter. This lady can cook so looking forward to trying the lovely baked goods…. & the coffee is fab!

Happy Easter. Just a reminder that there are no classes next week. I hope you carve some time out for yourself, to do maybe Pilates 😉, or maybe something else that fills you up. It’s a nice time of the year when the days are as long as the nights, allowing us time to get out again into the landscape of nature….you may need to pack some good rain-gear though. Whatever your plans, enjoy them. Thankyou for coming to the classes each week and I look forward to seeing you next week, Sinéad x

I go among trees and sit still

Just a quick note to wish you & your family a wonderful Easter break. I am very grateful to get to spend some time with you each week. One thing that we all have in common, is that we all seem to be so busy. I hope you get to apportion some TIME for YOU to do something that nurtures & restores you. I will post a link on my stories to a 10min body scan by Christine Runyan. I just found it myself & and would like to share it with you. I think you will need Spotify to play it. If you have a spare 10 mins I would recommend it.
