We are now holding trials for new swimmers to join our competitive, but fun, swim club!
We are mostly recruiting in the 7-9 age group for the upcoming season.

With our new swim season just around the corner, some of our swimmers attended the Swim Ireland clinics with our Irish swimming super-stars, Mona Mcsharry Ellen Rebecca Walshe Danielle Hill !!
A fantastic pool session followed by a Q&A with lots of tips and inspiration for training, competitions and just life as a young athlete!

Keep calm, it’s Nationals Week!!!
We are so proud to have three of our swimmers qualify for Nationals this year.
Thanks to a very generous donor (who wishes to remain anonymous), we have been able to kit our swimmers out with extra special towels to mark a momentous week!
Best of luck to you all, swim fast and have fun! And no matter where you come in your races; you will always be winners to us!

ADSC were beyond thrilled to present Jo from with a cheque for €2098 last week as result of our ‘Swim 5000m in April’ event!

What a weekend of swimming for our junior and fundamental squads!! ADSC was well represented at the Leinster Future Challengers and the Glenalbyn L1 meets. There were lots of fast swims, fun and camaraderie!! Well done to all our swimmers; all those training sessions are paying off!!

Massive well done to all our swimmers at the Level 3 gala last weekend!
Another very successful gala with lots of podiums, pb’s and overall terrific performances, with lots of fun had in the process!! 🏊♀️🏊♂️
It certainly was 5,000m with a twist!
Our super swimmers took on the 5,000m In April challenge for Barnardos this morning, and had an absolute blast doing it! It was school sports day, but in the pool!
So many meters were covered I think we lost count… but what does count is the almost €1700 raised so far for Barnardos!! 💚
We are so glad our little club can make such an impact for such a worthy charity!
