For anybody wondering, we are split into groups of 3 (one group of 4)

Person in the middle starts in a seated guard with the other person standing.

First to score points , submission or get an advantage wins.

Winner stays in middle, and if draw after 90 seconds bottom person automatically wins.

This has sparked a great interested in advantages, questions around tactics and how to stop certain things that are causing problems.

Looking forward to see how this continues to develop leading up to tournaments at the end of the year.

Although it is an advanced class, every second Monday we encourage white belts with more experience to stay on after their beginners session beforehand.

Think of more subtle details, to sequences and positions from our 4th Degree Black Belt Head Coach.

The details and specific adjustments that can be given to some of even the more fundamental positions can be game changing.

A couple of our members are even being taught in two different languages!

Friday Evenings at 6:30PM is our Muay Thai Sparring session.

It’s a mixed session for those who have been training in other classes throughout the week.

Every week the session is finished with some focused clinch work and feedback, gearing for technical improvement after the sparring rounds.

Beginners Class tonight at 8:30PM if you have been considering getting involved, feel free to drop down for your first FREE class.
