Our updated timetable and membership prices ...Not only are we the best in group fitness in Dundalk , I know being a parent and with the cost of living being so high it's hard for parents etc to afford memberships but we have not changed our membership prices and we are still the best value in Dundalk compared to our competitors with unlimited classes a week on our Monthly, and 3,6,12 month options
If you buy a 10 class pass you are getting each class at €7 ...A reformer pilates class can cost you in excess of €20 a class

Sean joins the 100 Club...When he's not judging Dancing competitions,shaking hands or helping the people of Dundalk he's in training at Hybrid....Sean is genuinely one of the nicest people you will ever meet and he would do anything for you and we're glad he is part of the amazing community here at Hybrid

A great achievement to reach 100 classes...Derek is not only a great footballer but an avid Arsenal fan delighted to see them win the league ...Paula also gives the workouts 100% always challenging herself with the strength training and the little challenges we give in class ..well done guys
