We are a full time school teaching civilian, Security, Military and Police in both Self Protection a All in a unique and comprehensive teaching method.
Krav Maga is a practical and tactical system that teaches how to prevent, deal with and overcome all kinds of violence and attacks. Krav Maga prepares the trainees in the subjects of self defense, self protection, fighting and combat skills, as well as skills to defend others.

Our 8-Week Beginner Self-Defence Programme is designed for complete beginners, with no previous experience required.
Over 8 weeks, you’ll learn how to:

24 hour Combat Stress Camp, participants were subjected to intense military tactics, combat training and survival exercises, incorporating methods used by elite special forces and high-level close protection operatives around the world.
Our Combat Stress Camp included military knife fighting, pistol and SMG tactics, close-quarter combat, defensive tactics, counter kidnapping and interogation training, survival drills, physical endurance and high-stress scenarios designed to test the body and mind under extreme pressure.
Learning to function with zero sleep, when extremely exhausted, stressed, uncomfortable and pushed beyond your perceived limits.
To everyone who completed the 24 hours, you should be extremely proud and to those who started but didn't reach the end, you should be proud that you had the courage to step forward and take on the challenge.
Our CSC isn't about proving you're invincible.
It's about discovering what you're capable of when everything is telling you to quit.
