Dad’s,

I was chatting with a dad a few weeks ago.

He was stressed, overwhelmed and had just gotten a check up from his doctor that he had put off for 7 years.

After chatting with him I sent him my drop first 10-15 lbs & KICKSTART guide to weight loss.

He texted me earlier today telling me that he dropped 7 lbs in the last 15 days and wants to join my program.

Hey Dad’s,

Tom, lost 12 lbs last month! 💪🎯🚀

Not 4... or 8 clients.... but 12... all without changing her daily routine, joining a gym or giving up her beloved hot chocolate!🍫

Fact is many Busy Professional Dad’s like Tom are crushing it right now!

They want the clearest and simplest strategies available, that fit AROUND their life (not squeezing the life out of it).... And that means having everything Done-4-U! (done-4-them?)

Right now, the science and the ease around weight loss has never been easier to stick to, reaching goals is more straightforward...if the strategy is right!
And smart dad’s understands they can't simply give up the daily routine...or let it grind to a halt, in order to change EVERYTHING to lose some miserable weight.

It's why now is the time to be on board!

And truth be told, Tom isn't the only one who is dropping the lbs left, right...like it's going out of fashion.

Hey Dad’s 👋

A client started with me a few weeks ago to get ready for holidays.
He Texted me this this morning 🌄

Started my new plan with Glen on the
16th of Jan. @ 11stone 6 pounds.

Now into my first month 20th of Feb I am 69.8kg 11 stone.

I wasn't eating rabbit food as I don't eat the likes of broccoli, salads anything green really. And I was never hungry. I just made small changes as advised by Glen. Protien for breakfast , rather than carbs.
More Protien and veg on my plate at dinner time. I could also eat my favourite take away if I wanted on a Saturday night.

I would make homemade turkey and steak burgers with seasoning for extra flavour as I love burgers.

I even got advise from Glen on cheap Protien shake and also Protien foods from Aldi.
I trained twice a week for 1 hour. Cardio classes . I also went for 2× 5k walks per week. Some time when tired I would just do 20min work outs at home using light weights, press up, squats, sit up etc..

Glen made things simple and easy to follow. As he said you can't out exercise a bad eating habits.

Best advised giving was to plan your meal ahead, know what your eating today, for tommorow or even pre cook it.💪👍
