The Teaser. there are 2 primary muscle groups involved. Spinal flexors (abdominals) and hip flexors. Back extensors also serve an important role when doing the popular and difficult version of the teaser which ends in a 'V' position with the back extended.

Powerpilates classes are restarting in Clashmore-Kinsalebeg Gaa Club Grounds on Thursday night 23rd. January. Classes are as followers: Beginners 7pm; Intermediate 8pm. All class equipment (including mats,stability balls, toning balls, hand weights, flexi bands, etc) is provided by Powerpilates. Just bring yourself and wear loose comfortable clothing for class

Fully appreciate the importance of stretching after a run. Ran my first 5 miles since August Bank Holiday with an odd 3 mile run here and there, my butt was on fire by the time I got home. The leg work out with the band is brilliant for this:)
