Anything but your gym clothes!

Join us on Saturday 31 October for your usual class with a Halloween dress code. We’d love to see your best fancy dress while we raise funds for Down Syndrome Ireland’s Waterford & South Kilkenny Branch.

There’ll be a donation box in the gym on the day, or you can donate online. Every contribution is appreciated.

Ever walk into the gym and wonder where to start?

We’re adding workout programmes to the LegitFit app so you can come in with a plan and get stuck into your session.

You’ll have three full body workouts to follow each week, with somewhere to record your weights and keep track of your progress.

Available soon for our open gym members, including those who combine classes with open gym access. Keep an eye out for the launch!

Reformer Pilates is now added to the timetable  ✨

Our studio upstairs is home to six reformers, and classes have now been added to our Legit Fit timetable!

If you’re already using the Legit Fit app for our Small Group PT or Spin classes, you can now browse our Reformer Pilates sessions too.

With 24/7 access, you can now train whenever suits you, day or night! 👏🏻✨

We’ve put together a quick video showing you exactly how to get in using the Paxton Solo app and where to find everything when you arrive.
