Need a little extra space at home?
We recently completed this 20 m² insulated garden room, finished turnkey and ready to enjoy. It features 100 mm insulation, electrics, and double-glazed windows and doors.
The total cost for this project, including the foundation, was €22,000 + VAT.
It’s a great option for a home office, a spare room, a hobby space or somewhere to relax in the garden.

A small upgrade at X35! ☕ The original awning has been replaced with a larger, permanent canopy to provide more shelter and extra space for the growing number of customers. We built both the original awning and the new canopy, and it’s great to see the place developing. Call in, grab a coffee and enjoy it under the new roof!

Hi,
We haven’t posted anything for a while, mainly because we’ve been very busy with work. This is one of our latest projects a 20 m² garden cabin made from 100 mm wood-effect insulated sandwich panels. It’s a great way to add extra space to your garden without changing the main house perfect for a home office, hobby room, gym, guest room or simply somewhere to relax. Solid, insulated, modern and built to suit the space you have available. We’ll post some photos of the inside soon.

Hi,
Many people say they need more space, but they also have sheds or old gardens they rarely use. With a little thought and a little work, this space can be transformed into something truly comprehensive: a home office, summer house, studio, or extra room. If you have something you're wondering how to do, we've got you covered.

Hi, This is one of our recent projects, now up and running and doing really well.
It’s great to see something we built turning into a successful little business, and we wish them all the best for the future.
If you’ve been thinking about creating your own coffee shop, studio, office or workspace, maybe it’s time to make it happen.

And if you’re only at the idea stage, that’s fine too. Feel free to give me a call or send me a message and we can simply have a chat about what might be possible.

Another project completed ✅

This one is a 6m × 6m residential-style garden building — 36m² in total.

For this project, the customer only wanted us to complete the main structure and external metal cladding, as they will be finishing the interior themselves.

The project is now complete and ready for the next stage.

If you’re thinking about something similar, feel free to get in touch. We can discuss the size, specification and finish you need and work out the best option for your project.

Hi everyone,

I thought I’d show you a little bit of what I do.
I build insulated steel-framed garden rooms, offices, cabins and small garden homes. I can take care of the project from the foundation and steel structure through to the roof, windows, doors and internal finishing.
I’m based in Dungarvan and cover Waterford and surrounding areas.
I’m not a big company , I prefer dealing directly with my customers, talking through the project properly and finding a solution that suits both what they need and their budget.
The photos below are from my own projects and show some of the work I’ve completed.
If you’re thinking about adding a garden room, office or extra space to your property, feel free to send me a message. Even if you’re only looking at ideas at the moment, I’m happy to have a chat and answer any questions.
You can also have a look through my page to see more of my work.
