Some snippets of a very fun weekend 🤩

A huge congratulations to every single member of the Empire crew who took on TRYKA last weekend.

The finish line is only a small part of the story. The weeks and months of training, the commitment, the early mornings, the sore legs, and the decision to keep showing up.

Seeing so many of you representing The Empire on that start line was a proud moment for us all and seeing gym-mates become each other’s biggest supporters is what makes weekends like this so special.

Take a moment to appreciate what you’ve accomplished. Celebrate it, be proud of it, and remember this feeling.

SUMMER GYM HOURS ☀️

Our updated opening hours apply to all gym members.

Our days will now be split into morning and evening sessions, with the morning session finishing at 12:30pm and the evening session beginning at 3:30pm 💥

PT + Class sessions will continue as normal at 60 minutes, however session start times will now be available on the half hour to improve flexibility and scheduling 💪
