A brilliant day of football for our U12 RED Team, who attended the Celbridge "More than Football" festival, with particular attention and encouragement for sportsmanship and attitude. The girls came out on the winning side of their final and each girl received a football journal so they can record all their achievements throughout their football journey. A very special prize was then awarded to one player in each team, a signed GAA football. Each team voted for 1 player- congratulations to Emilija who won this amazing prize. Thank you to all the parents who traveled to Celbridge and carpooled to make sure we had a team on the day. Special thank you to U10 player Anna who played a stormer on the day 🔴🏐

*Free Irish Classes at Edenderry GAA*

Have you ever wanted to learn a little Irish or improve the cúpla focal you already have? Edenderry GAA is delighted to offer a new series of free Spoken Irish Language Classes for adults, beginning on Thursday 10th September. The classes are designed to be simple, fun and welcoming for everyone, whether you're a complete beginner or looking to build confidence in everyday conversation.

The 10-week programme will take place in the Edenderry GAA Pavilion on Thursday evenings from 7.00pm to 8.00pm. It's a great opportunity to meet new people, reconnect with our language and enjoy learning in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Come along, learn some useful phrases and help keep the Irish language alive in our community. Bígí linn ! ☘️

Our U8 camogie team played their last blitz of the season in Belmont Saturday morning. These girls and parents have showed huge commitment to travel to every blitz which only means one thing.... They love their camogie!!!! Coaches will continue their training keep up the great work everyone

Our U12 Girls had a great morning in Faithful Fields today. The Red Team played Crinkill while the White Team played Shamrocks. Maith síbh a chailíní !

Our Minor Ladies are back in championship action this Monday evening as they head away to face St Manchan’s in Round 5.
