Massive well done to & and Mason today. Olaf and Leon stepped into the ring for their first time. The two lads jumped in for Demos to get a feel for the ring. Both performed brilliantly and should be proud of themselves for stepping in between the ropes.
Well done to my little man who had a good bang-up with young Philip. The smallies produced a lovely display of muay thai scoring shot for shot. At the end of the bout, they were awarded a draw by decision as the fight was so close.
Massive tks to for hosting a brilliant interclub. Well matched and judged tks Don🙏

Big thanks to for having us on his IKF sanctioned show in Galway on Sunday.
Great show, solid bouts, and great timing in and out of the ring tks to great backroom staff.
First up, we had .muaythai in her first K1 bout. Blandhine managed to go the distance with her opponent, who had good range and solid strikes. Blandhine struggled to close the distance and counter on her, leaving it to her opponent to take the decision. I am very happy with Blandhine showing great heart to keep trying to move forward. Back to the drawing board now and to work on weaknesses highlighted.
Next up was who had a real strong opponent. From the bell, he came forward hands swinging looking to score. Nathan got caught towards the end of the 1st with a well-timed over the top right hand that sent him to canvas. I called the fight at that even though Nathan wanted to continue on. Fighters' safety is key. There are no negotiations for this.
I am proud of both fighters for getting in and representing the club. A few weaknesses we're highlighted, and now they'll be targeted for the next run out.
