Elite Fitness Ennis

I offer one on one, group training and classes. I will train people in their homes, in gyms, parks or basically anywhere there is space.

I qualified as a trainer in 2003 and have worked in the fitness industry since then. During this time I have helped countless people achieve their personal fitness goals from improving general fitness, weight loss to excelling at different sports. I have a great interest in exercise and fitness and have been involved in sports from a young age mainly in athletics and martial arts.
