Just finished a 5k run

Best training sesion to date 3 hours shoveling earth in the garden pushing a full barrow of dirt and then a 5k croscountry run . Going for a dive in the morning.

Ran 11k crosscountry and did half hour in the shed on the the trampoleen deid lifts and press ups wreked now . Happy new yer to everyone hope you have a great day.

Happy christmas i still here have not trained i the last week or so was not well enough but starting back tomorrow.

Didn't get to go to the lake on Sunday due to i was wreaked from the week . I did an hour and 20 min tonight ran across-country 9.2 k then the shed usual stuff i slowly getting fitter . i going to start on the bottle sled together i hoping to set up a couple of cameras on it so i can be watched for safety reasons plus lights so i can be seen during the night from the main boat .

I will be training in the lake on Saturday around 10 if anyone wants to come along .

60 min training tonight ran 7.5 k cross country on the trampoline ,deid lifts, press ups ,planks .

Just back from the lake I found it very cold today especially in the feet I am going to get some neoproene socks. I swam 2.6k in 96 min water was 8 degrees .

I will be heading up to the lake in the morning around 10. if you are around with the drone Michael let me and we can get a bit of footage . I think i have the boat sorted for the dive.

training tonight ran 5.6 k and did half hour on the trampoline wrecked.
