Want to first of all congratulate Jackie, Steph, Susan and Sean on their first comp. You did club and coaches proud amazing performances. Second a massive and I mean massive tks to our coaches Sean, Erin and Cyril who not only competed at an amazing level but coached with care, confidence and prepped all our beginners physically and mentally before their lifts. You have put in some hard work and time with them and it's showing on their results. Great work, great weekend, great result.
