Another great few weeks of Cycling.
Last few Sunday routes seeing us staying away from the busy coasts roads with so many events on.

Abit further afield bosnia Herzegovina Majjorca.,Girona to along the Danube River, gran Canaria,Bilbao and even Steve and Cathal headed to race the national in Waterford💪 with Steve Lyons picking up a bronze medal for the tt

A big shout to Paul Fahy who ran a very fast half Marathon in 1hr 27min at charleville .
loads more mid week spins, with the 9am group getting in some lovely spins and a more relaxed pace and best of coffee stops, great to see their group expanding.
Great to see Eric and Philip also back building some kms back on the road and newbie Zach joining 9.am group .
We also like Congratulate Mark Shannon of Burren CC on winning the M40 National champs title putting in a unbelivable Performance and we'll deserved.
Also the Power house Paul Kennedy on winning the M45 title with Jarleth also helping them secure the Team Gold.
