We are absolutely delighted to share this fantastic news from 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐇𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐲! 🏑💙

A huge congratulations to 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐎𝐬𝐚𝐤, who has been selected to represent 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐥𝐥-𝐈𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐔𝟏𝟔 𝐆𝐢𝐫𝐥𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, taking place in Dublin at the end of this month.

Grace developed her hockey skills here at 𝐄𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐬 𝐇𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛, and it has been wonderful to watch her progress on her hockey journey. She is now playing with Crescent HC and continues to go from strength to strength.

🏑 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐇𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐕𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 🏑

The annual 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐇𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 took place last Friday evening at the Cork International Airport Hotel, with a packed room celebrating league, cup and individual award winners from across the province.

A huge thank you to the Munster Hockey committee and everyone involved in organising such a successful evening, and to all those who travelled from near and far to be part of the celebrations.

We are absolutely delighted to share that the 𝐕𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 went to our very own 𝐀𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐰 𝐎𝐬𝐚𝐤.

Andrew plays a leading role as Chairperson of Ennis Hockey Club, giving an incredible amount of time and energy to supporting and running the club. He also volunteers as a coach at Crescent Hockey Club, supports the Munster Development Programme, and continues to help grow and nurture hockey talent across the region.

His willingness to give his time, travel long distances, support multiple clubs and programmes, and encourage players at every level is a true example of dedication, generosity and passion for the sport.

Andrew’s contribution has a real and lasting impact on players, clubs and the wider hockey community.

We’re pleased 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐎𝐬𝐚𝐤, who competed at the 𝐔𝟏𝟓 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧 𝐃𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐧, representing 𝐌𝐮𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫. 🏑
Her team delivered an outstanding performance, playing excellent matches against 𝐔𝐥𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫, 𝐋𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 and 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐭.
Grace scored several goals during the tournament, making a strong impact on the team’s success.
While the final result wasn’t the most important, the victories against all opponents bring great joy and clearly show that hard work and dedication in training can lead to remarkable achievements.
We are very proud of you, Grace — 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐮𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤! 💪👏
