What an absolute brilliant event run by the The Stables

We had 4 teams from the gym compete and we all left everything out there!!!

So proud of everyone!!

Weldone to my team we pushed till we couldn't and 9th out of 24 isnt to shabby!!

Keep at it!!

Even when you don't want to, stick to it!
Do the workouts you don't want to, do the hard things!!
Because down the line you will realise when you showed up through the tough parts you will come out stronger mentally and physically!!

Show up for you and no one else!!

Delighted with a PB and delighted with how my running has improved! That's all I wanted!!

Something special about that one!
You cant beat doing a hyrox in the principality stadium, running out of the tunnel where world class rugby players have been, it was mad!!

The girls coming with us was the best decision ever, they absolutely loved seeing everyone compete and its good for them to see us doing hard things and pushing through it!!

Now we rest, recover and get even stronger and faster 👊

Couldn't have done it without , the Hogans are truly the best 🙌

I honestly didn't think 7 years ago when I was thinking of making the move to be a PT that i would be heading away to do a fitness event with a gang from my gym!!

Soooo incredibly proud!!!

Onto the next one now 😉🙌

Dublin hyrox was a weekend of memories!!

They say when things don't go right you learn alot and I sure did!

48hrs after a hyrox is intense emtions are everywhere and now thats settled I'm so proud I completeted it!

Most ppl say no way straight away when they hear what a hyrox actually is so to anyone that does it WELDONE even if it didn't go to plan or you absolutely smashed it you just completeted something most ppl wont!

Running into wallballs not been able to see out my right eye was intense and as you can see from my last picture, I was in pain and probably a bit of shock!

One thing I learned about myself is im so f***n stubborn and won't give in and thats what made me finish! 🙃

Recovery this week and then all eyes are on Manchester the end of January for a mixed doubles!!!

The hard work is going up a notch now and I will smash a solo in 2026 👊
