Last few workshops before I take a break for July and August 🌞
This weekend I am offering 2 workshops for the summer solstice; a time for pause, reflection and intention setting as the sun reaches its peak, calling us to allow our light to shine, to expand, to blossom, to radiate with vitality and joy!
On Saturday, join me for a 2 hour workshop where we’ll share ceremonial grade , move through gentle conscious connected breathwork, settle into a deep meditation to journey within, before moving into an immersive sound bath with gongs, Alchemy crystal bowls and other sound healing instruments.
On Sunday evening, there are 2 spaces left for a Spiritus breathwork session and soundbath. Spiritus breathwork is a powerful and transformative breathwork practice to release tension and stored emotion, regulate your nervous system, expand your window of tolerance, and connect with yourself on a deeper level.
Next Sunday will be my last yin & sound bath until September, so I would love to see you there! Video from spring equinox cacao ceremony 💚

We are delighted to announce that we will be returning to Mulvarra House in Carlow for our second Yoga & Breathwork retreat this September ✨

Set in the peaceful landscape of St Mullins, this retreat will weave together Spiritus Breathwork, gentle yoga, somatic movement, Yoga Nidra, sound healing, forest bathing, nourishing food, and deep rest 😴

This is a space to release, reconnect and be held, away from the noise of everyday life, and closer to what truly nourishes you; a weekend to slow down, soften, and come home to yourself 💚

Spiritus Breathwork weaves conscious connected breathing, somatic healing, and Shamanic energy work to support self-exploration and the release of held patterns. This form of conscious breathing induces altered states of consciousness and can help access deeper layers of the body, release stored tension and trauma, and support somatic and emotional release, all within a held, supportive environment 🫶

We are offering a 3 night and 2 night option, with a limited capacity to keep the group small and intimate. No experience is needed, only curiosity and openness. We would love you to join us 🙏

Back from an incredible holotropic breathwork weekend in Westport. It’s hard to put into words how impactful and special this weekend was. The level of care, holding, compassion and safety from all the facilitators, creating the environment for us all to go deep with our process. Feeling immensely grateful for the experience and so grateful that I have found this practice. Everytime I participate in a holotropic breathwork workshop it blows me away what we can access, feel and release through the power of our breath and the intelligence of the body, the experience of the facilitators and the special dynamic of the sitter/breather relationship.
Had a couple of days to integrate on Achill Island, where the rhododendrons were in full bloom and the place looked magical, even if a little dull and rainy. But it was perfect weather for a few and had a lovely stay where the staff are so friendly and the food is fab ☺️

Spiritus breathwork is a form of conscious connected breathwork facilitated ceremoniously where you are guided to enter an altered state of consciousness for healing and transformation. The breath takes you deep into your body, where the memories of nervous system activations are stored, and through the breath and somatic movement you can release tension and energy blockages, complete cycles of activation and restore homeostasis.

By restoring balance to our nervous system through regular breathwork practices, we can increase our window of tolerance so we have more capacity to cope with everyday stressors and can regulate ourselves more easily.

As our thinking brain starts to go offline through the deep breathing practice, and we connect with our lower brain where our memories and emotions are stored, past wounds and ‘little t’ trauma’s may surface to be felt and released, and we allow ourselves this time to feel any emotions that arise without getting caught up in the story, or dissociating from the pain.

As we come to the end of the breathwork and enter an integration stage, I use crystal bowls and sound healing instruments to help to soothe your nervous system and enable deep relaxation. There will be time to journal at the end to help integrate anything that may have come up, and there will be a selection of oracle cards to draw for guidance.

In this altered, expanded state you are open and receptive to see things from a higher perspective, receive clarity and insights, even messages from spirit guides. The breathwork can be very cathartic with deep emotional release, or a quiet, internal journey of healing, if you allow yourself to let go and trust the process.

If you’re curious, come and join me this Sunday May 24th 6pm to 7.45pm at The Calm Rooms in Monkstown. Spaces are kept to a small intimate group. Booking is through the link in my bio 🙏

✨ Join me for one of my last few workshops before summer! ✨

I’ll be taking a little break to finish my dissertation and get my therapy room ready to welcome 1:1 clients for therapy, breathwork, sound healing and Reiki.

This has been a vision of mine for years — to bring together all the modalities that supported me on my own healing journey, especially integrating breathwork and talk therapy into one holistic practice. I can’t believe it’s almost time to bring it to life.

Feeling so excited for what’s ahead and deeply grateful to be stepping into this next chapter of service. 💫

Celebrating 46 years of friendship with these girls, and an alternative 50th celebration with a hike up Djouce and a beautiful lunch
Feeling very grateful for all the birthday love and generosity, and very privileged to have these girls in my life for so many years, sharing all the ups and downs, and lots of laughs along the way.
Topped off with a night out out for
20,000 steps hiking, 20,000 steps dancing. It’s all about balance 😁
