Yoga classes continue at 7.15pm on Thursday evenings in The Old Driving Range in Salthill.

Our classes are perfect for anyone looking to unwind, stretch out, realign, and reconnect before the weekend.

We practice breathing, bringing our focus inward, positive mindset, and gentle movement (with options to push yourself further 💪) in a beautiful room with a gorgeous atmosphere.

New students are always welcome to join our warm community. Just DM me in advance to confirm.
