We’re proud to introduce the new H Sports Hurley logo!
From now on, every H Sports hurley will also feature the Irish Guild of Hurley Makers (IGHM) mark, a symbol of authenticity, craftsmanship, and the proud tradition of hurley making in Ireland 🇮🇪🌳
This mark represents the skill, heritage, and quality that goes into every hurley we produce. We’re delighted to stand alongside the Guild and continue delivering top-quality hurleys to players at every level.
Tradition. Craftsmanship. Performance.

We’re delighted to share that we are one of the 32 hurley makers who proudly form part of the Irish Guild of Hurley Makers. This Guild represents a collective of skilled craftspeople from across the country, all dedicated to preserving and promoting the art of traditional Irish hurley making.
A great deal has been happening behind the scenes within the Guild, with even more exciting developments planned for the future. While there can sometimes be a perception that Irish hurley makers are in competition with one another, the reality is quite the opposite. The Guild is built in collaboration, mutual respect, and shared knowledge, with members supporting one another to uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship.
Together, we are committed to ensuring that this time-honoured Irish craft is protected and passed down to future generations. Every hurley tells a story — of skill, heritage, and pride — and through the work of the Guild, that story continues to thrive.
We have now launched a website www.IGHM.ie to help connect players, clubs, and organisations with their local hurley maker, or with any of the 32 Guild members located across the country. Whether you are looking to source a hand-crafted ash hurley, or simply support traditional Irish workmanship, we hope this platform makes it easier than ever to do so.
