Disc Golf: flying disc game, in which, individual players throw a flying disc (Frisbee) at a target. The object of the game is to traverse a course from beginning to end in the fewest number of throws of the disc. The game is played in about 40 countries around the world. Eile Mental is proud to host Irelands first permanent Disc Golf course. Orienteering: a sport combining cross country running with map reading skills in a timed environment. Participants are grouped in teams, instructed in basic map reading skills, given locations of checkpoints and must complete the course either against rival teams or a clock.
