Green Lotus Galway is an association of teachers who aim to welcome yoga into Irish culture. Green L Yoga practice helps create flow in body and mind.
We teach and practice in Devon Park House, the Sat Nam Centre, NUIG and some other yoga studios around Galway. It improves health and calms busy heads. :)

Playing with balance and lighting. Loving the development of practicing yoga, where it started and where it has taken me. This time 4 years ago I was finishing my first yoga teacher training in India. I've been able to take my teachings to many countries, this image was taken in Dubai. It will be interesting to see where I'll be in the next 4 years. •
